Structures can be built on ground, asphalt, or concrete. Piedmont Steel Structures, LLC does not provide surface leveling or surface installation.
No. Clients are responsible for any permits required by state, county or local ordinances.
All buildings have a 60-day workmanship warranty effective upon day of installation. Frames are supported with a limited 10-year warranty against rust and all certified vertical roofs have a limited lifetime warranty. Any installation concern must be reported within 30 days from the date of installation. All warranties assume normal care and maintenance. Warranty limitations may apply.
Wash with mild soap and water annually. Do not use abrasive cleaning chemicals on paint.
